Appointment Policy

To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority, which is why occasional appointment delay is inevitable. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time.

 Appointments can be scheduled by calling between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm Mondays through Fridays, and between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm on Saturday.  Our phone number is 732 528 7800.

For the safety of all animals in our care, we require that all vaccinations be up to date. Even though we make every effort to make our patients feel comfortable during visits, they may be a little uneasy about new people, new surroundings and other pets. This is one of the reasons we ask you to restrain your pet. We recommend that animals be placed on a leash or in pet carriers before entering the waiting room.


Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, cash and personal checks.



Medications and Refills


We maintain a full pharmacy of veterinary medications.  In the interest of your pet's health and for legal reasons, the doctors cannot dispense, prescribe or refill any medication unless the animal has been examined for that particular problem within a reasonable period of time.  This time will vary with the condition and medication that your pet requires.  In some instances the doctors will require a re-examination to evaluate the therapy before renewing a medication.  Many medications require periodic blood tests.

If you require a refill of a medication that is on-going, please call in advance.  This allows time for the doctors to examine your pet's records and have the medication ready for you.  Calling in advance will help us and will greatly reduce your waiting time.
